Designed to integrate seamlessly with the wider Opus 800 series, the OE8416 features an enamelled base plate beneath the grids to prevent build-up and simplify cleaning, as well as a three-piece stainless-steel splashback to protect surrounding areas. A grid lifting tool and cleaning rake are supplied as standard, while optional accessories – including a single resting rack, garnish rail for GN 1/9 pots, and a dedicated stand – give operators the flexibility to configure their kitchen their way.
