Whether you're looking for traditional hob burners, hot plate, induction hobs (which is rapidly increasing in terms of popularity), or even solid tops (these provide chefs with more flexibility in terms of pan sizes and number used) — we have a wide selection available that'll perfectly suit each of your culinary needs. There's a wide selection to choose from according to the size and output of your specific cooking environment, and as a guide we'd recommend that you choose a brand relative to your kitchen capacity. The Silverlink 600 series is ideally suited to care homes, cafe bars, village halls as well as smaller pubs and restaurants, whereas the Phoenix series is suitable for use in the public sector, care homes, and schools, as well as smaller pubs and restaurants. The Opus 800 series is our most powerful oven range, and this is generally better suited to busy commercial kitchens, large pubs, restaurants, large hospitals, school canteens, care homes, and other high volume production kitchens.
