In response to the coronavirus pandemic, Lincat has developed the IMClean Junior Mobile Reduced Height Hand Sanitising Station. At just 700mm high, the unit is 215mm shorter than the F63/250 Mobile Hand Sanitising Station launched by Lincat last month, making it ideal for children to use.

The F63-251 is a hygienic foot-operated unit that requires no hand contact to dispense sanitiser, making it ideal for high traffic areas, such as schools and theme parks, as well as supermarket and shop entrances that are looking to enhance public health and safety measures.

With no power or water required, the station can be placed wherever it is needed, indoors or outdoors. The high-capacity unit holds five-litres of sanitising liquid, meaning refills are kept to a minimum.

Helen Applewhite, Marketing Manager for IMC and Lincat brands, said:

“It has become apparent over the past few weeks that there is a real gap in the market for reduced-height, high-capacity, robust sanitising stations suitable for children to use.

“It is great that our R&D team have so quickly developed a solution for venues wanting to provide a simple, hygienic and easy way for children to clean their hands in the fight against Covid-19.”

Constructed from durable and hygienic stainless steel, the F63-251 is easy to wipe down and handles on the side make it quick and easy to move. For increased security, the unit comes with a tethering point and lockable cupboard for housing sanitising gel.

The F63-251 is supplied with a POS holder containing instructions on how to use, which can be customised with an organisation’s own messaging and branding.

As with all IMClean models, the F63-251 is manufactured at Lincat’s facilities here in the UK and is supplied with a one-year parts and labour warranty, and next-day availability of spare parts. If a unit does need repairing, it can be done quickly and easily by service engineers, minimising downtime and inconvenience. The IMC Junior Hand Sanitising Station is available to purchase
