We are pleased to announce two key leadership appointments as part of our continued strategic growth. Lindsey Nash has been promoted to Head of Sales, taking over from Sev Uzar, while Sev moves into the role of National Key Account Manager. These appointments are a testament to our dedication to nurturing strong partnerships and enhancing our relationships with key clients across the UK.
Lindsey Nash
Promoted to UK Head of Sales
In her new role, Lindsey Nash will lead Lincat’s UK partner network, focusing on building and strengthening customer relationships. Since joining Lincat in 2021 as a Business Development Manager, Lindsey has quickly advanced within the company, most recently holding the position of Middleby Group National Account Manager. Her strong leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to delivering results make her the ideal person to nurture relationships within Lincat’s partner network, ensuring that distributor and customer needs are closely aligned with the company’s objectives.
“We are thrilled to promote Lindsey to UK Head of Sales,” said Paul Godfrey, Sales & Marketing Director, Lincat. “Her talent, leadership, and dedication to customer success have been instrumental in her rise, and we are confident she will ensure our customers receive the highest level of care and attention, while driving further growth for the business.”
Sev Uzar
Appointed National Key Account Manager
After successfully leading Lincat’s UK sales team, Sev Uzar now transitions to the role of National Key Account Manager, where he will continue to leverage his vast experience to build and enhance relationships with Lincat’s major clients. With over 13 years at Lincat, Sev has been an integral part of the company’s success, holding various roles, including Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager.
In his new position, Sev will focus on managing and expanding Lincat’s relationships with key accounts, driving business growth through deepened collaboration with major clients. His in-depth knowledge of the company and his ability to forge long-lasting partnerships make him well-suited for this critical role.
“We are excited to see Sev take on this new challenge,” added Paul Godfrey. “His expertise in building strong client relationships will continue to bring significant value to Lincat and ensure we maintain a high level of service and partnership with our national accounts.”
