Lincat to launch innovative new products at Hotelympia – stand: 1481

We will be introducing the Phoenix induction oven range, three new FriFri fryers, a new addition to the FilterFlow series of water boilers and a FriFri griddle at Hotelympia from the 5-8 March, at Excel, London, stand: 1481.

Available in the Spring, the no frills Phoenix induction oven range is powerful, energy efficient and robustly constructed. The easy-to-clean induction hob top is constructed from 6mm thick high impact resistant glass. It features six 1.85 kW induction zones, with in-built pan detection to conserve energy and ensure that heat is not lost into the kitchen. Below, a powerful, fan-assisted 6kW oven provides fast heat up times and is able to accommodate six 1/1 gastronorms. Heavy duty castors, to facilitate cleaning, are provided as standard.

Available from January, two of the new FriFri fryers are free standing versions of the 622 built-in models in the Basic + and Vision ranges. The third is a 622 Super Easy, which is not currently available as a built-in model. All three are capable of producing over 60kg of chips or fried food per hour, whilst the Basic + and Vision 622s offer the function and performance of their built-in counterparts in a robust, free-standing format.

Also on display at Hotelympia will be a wide selection of equipment from Lincat’s Opus 800 range of heavy-duty prime cooking equipment. Launched in 2016/17, the Opus 800 range comprises no fewer than 79 individual products, together with a full range of options and accessories. As such, it is Lincat’s largest new product launch for almost 20 years.
