The move to a single-point sales team for all four brands follows the integration of FriFri, IMC and Britannia products into the newly-launched Lincat website.
Paul Godfrey, recently promoted to Group Sales Director from Group Export Manager,
heads up the new, combined sales force. He is joined by National Sales Manager Sev Uzar, previously North West Business Development Manager, who will be working closely with distributors to maximise the sales of the existing Lincat and FriFri product offering, along with off the shelf, boxed products from IMC and Britannia. He will also be responsible for the group’s E-Commerce customers.
Sev will be supported by four regional Business Development Managers: Hannah Griffiths (North and Scotland), Kieron Baker (West), Oliver Eaglen (East) and newly-appointed Beth Bladon (South).
To provide a dedicated sales focus for sectors and categories, George Havercroft, who joins from Nisbets, will take the lead as Government & Contract Caterers Manager – the group’s first sector specialist.
To help drive global reach, Gareth Brown, formally Lincat’s Eastern Business Development Manager, will be taking over from Paul Godfrey as Group Export Manager. He will be joined by Martin Venus, who will undertake a dual role. Martin has been appointed the group’s first Head of Waste Management & Bar Systems, with additional responsibility for group export sales in western Europe.
Lewis Beer, who previously covered the South West, has been promoted to National Account Manager alongside Donna Brown. Both will help grow and manage the group’s national account base.
Keith Shelly, previously a Lincat National Account Manager, has embarked on a new role as Head of Britannia Kitchen Ventilation, taking full responsibility for the entire Britannia function, from product sales to projects.
Chris Jones, UK Group Managing Director of Middleby Commercial Foodservice, added:
“The restructure of our sales team reflects our intention to deliver a dedicated one-stop solution for kitchen and back bar equipment. We’re confident our new efficient, yet tailored approach, will enable us to provide even better sales support to our distributors, project partners and end users, making the purchase process easier for them.”
