When their existing 40 grid Combi Oven became unusable, Chatsworth House chose a Visual Cooking LC220, with touch screen control, to replace it.

Chatsworth House in Derbyshire, is home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, and has been passed down through 16 generations of the Cavendish family. Chatsworth welcomes over 600,000 visitors to house annually with over 100,000 of that number booking on to the regular seasonal events. Chatsworth has The Carriage House, Cavendish Restaurant and farm shop cafes for a range of food to go, carvery and table service offering as well as a central production kitchen. Chatsworth had an old 40 grid combi in its central production kitchen which was no longer operational.

Terry Phillips, Executive Head Chef at Chatsworth said…“Choosing a robust and easy to use combi oven was key for us at Chatsworth. The oven gets puts through its paces for overnight roasting of carvery meats, continuous steaming of vegetables throughout the day and the baking of sweet and savoury pastries.

Using the android based user interface made working with the new oven easier, allowing us to use more features in comparison to our older unit.”
