Lincat and Middleby UK helping to spread the word

Lincat and Middleby UK have joined forces with The Burnt Chef Project. Launched in May 2019 The Burnt Chef Project was setup by founder Kris Hall with the purpose of eradicating mental health stigma within the hospitality industry.

Chris Jones said: “We are proud to be supporting The Burnt Chef Project. The hospitality industry with its long antisocial hours and tough working conditions is incredibly challenging, now the cost of living crisis is placing hospitality professionals under even more pressure. We need to ensure there is support in place for these unsung heroes.

“By supporting the Burnt Chef project, we want to help increase awareness and encourage conversations around mental health”.
