Lincat has introduced a new hand sanitising station to its product portfolio in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The F63-250 is a hygienic foot-operated unit that requires no hand contact to dispense sanitiser, making it ideal for a wide range of public spaces, workplaces and private venues that are looking to enhance health and safety measures.

With no power or water required, the station can be placed wherever it is needed, indoors or outdoors. The high-capacity unit holds two five-litre containers of sanitising liquid meaning refills are kept to a minimum.

Helen Applewhite, Marketing Manager for IMC and Lincat brands, said:

“Although there are lots of freestanding, one-litre hand sanitiser stations on the market, they don’t have the liquid storage capacity or robustness required for high footfall venues, such as supermarkets or pub entrances. Therefore, we were asked by a number of our chain customers if we could develop a high-capacity, robust unit.

“Our R&D team has yet again risen to the challenge and developed this solution that is not just suitable for our catering customers, but other organisations and venues that are committed to keeping our public safe and healthy.”

The F63-250 is ideal for high-traffic areas such as entrances to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, doctors and dental surgeries, receptions, offices and many other venues.

Constructed from durable and hygienic stainless steel, it is easy to wipe down and handles on the side make it quick and easy to move. For increased security, the unit comes with a tethering point and lockable cupboard for housing sanitising gel.

The F63-250 is supplied with a POS holder containing instructions on how to use, which can be customised with an organisation’s own messaging and branding.

As with all IMClean models, the F63-250 is manufactured at Lincat’s facilities here in the UK and is supplied with a one-year parts and labour warranty, and next-day availability of spare parts. If a unit does need repairing, it can be done quickly and easily by service engineers, minimising downtime and inconvenience.
