Introducing Clare Chinn to Lincat

We are delighted to announce Clare Chinn appoint as Lincat’s new Head of Customer Excellence. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service sectors, Clare joins us from Marston’s, one of the UK’s most renowned pub operators where she worked her way up from the frontlines of customer service to senior leadership positions, including Head of Estates Support.

Clare brings a wealth of expertise, deep customer insight, and track record of operational excellence. Her move from the operator side to the supplier side of the industry promises to be an exciting chapter, and we are confident her leadership will elevate our customer experience to new heights.
