Lincat has introduced a four-hotplate electric oven range to its Silverlink 600 range of medium-duty prime commercial catering equipment.
With a compact footprint, the ESLR6C has been designed for small and medium-sized establishments where space is at a premium, but a reliable, powerful and robust oven range is required.
At 600mm deep and 600mm wide, the ESLR6C has four hotplates (2 x 2kW and 2 x 1.5Kw) and a large 4Kw fan-assisted oven providing uniform heat for consistent cooking. Suitable for single-phase and three-phase installations the oven range requires only one electricity source, making it ideal for a wide range of catering operations.
The ESLR6C has a fully-pressed and sealed hob top, and removable oven base, making it easy to clean and maintain. Castors at the rear make it simple to carry out deep cleans. Constructed from stainless steel, it has double insulated doors, side and back panel, providing safer operation and greater efficiency.
As with all UK-manufactured Lincat equipment, the new ESLR6C ovens are supplied with a two-year on-site parts and labour warranty, with next-day availability of spare parts. If a piece of equipment does need repairing, it can be done quickly and easily by service engineers, minimising downtime and inconvenience.
