Lincat has added a new pizza deck oven to its Lynx 400 range of electric, light-duty catering equipment.
The compact LPDO is ideal for kitchens with limited countertop space. It has a firebrick base to produce high-quality, crisp pizzas with authentic taste, that will help drive sales and keep customers coming back.
Able to cook pizzas up to 14 inches, the LPDO operates from a 13-amp plug, meaning operators can simply plug in and play. Able to reach a maximum of 400°C, the unit is equipped with a temperature display gauge for easy monitoring. An 18-minute timer and independently-controlled top and bottom elements provide flexibility.
The LPDO is constructed from easy-to-clean stainless steel and has robust door hinges. It is available in black, red or stainless steel, so is a great option for front of house applications as well as back bar. As with all Lincat equipment, the unit comes with a two-year parts and labour warranty.
