Lincat, IMC and Britannia will be introducing some of their newest, innovative products spanning prime cooking equipment, back bar systems, refrigeration, waste management and ventilation systems, at ScotHot, SEC, Glasgow, on 13th and 14th March – stand no: 4311.

On display will be Lincat’s new Blu refrigerated chef base, which allows easy access to stored, chilled food at the point of cooking. The base will be suited with a Lincat-branded Synergy Grill, which offers operators significant fuel savings, higher quality food and easy cleaning.

Above the cooking equipment will be Britannia’s Refresh 100, a self-contained, free standing kitchen air recirculation unit designed to be used where ducting to the outside is impractical.

IMC will be showcasing its newly-launched IMCool range of bottle coolers, which deliver exceptional value for money, and an innovative mobile hand wash for use where mains water is unavailable.

The three Middleby Group companies are joining forces for ScotHot to provide visitors with a ‘one stop offer’.

Helen Applewhite, Group Marketing Manager for Lincat, IMC and Britannia, commented:

“Together, Lincat, IMC and Britannia can provide almost anything and everything a commercial kitchen or hospitality business might need in terms of equipment. At ScotHot, we’ll be showcasing a collection of our newest, innovative products

Also on display will be Lincat’s budget Phoenix Induction Oven Range. Launched just last year, this innovative, powerful and robust oven range has already won key industry awards. These include the FEJ 2018 Award for Value and Usability and the Catering Insight Supplier of the Year Award: Heavy Equipment.

Completing the Lincat line-up of products will be the Opus 800 cook and hold salamander grill. IMC’s WasteStation, which can help operators to reduce the volume of their food waste by up to 80%, will also be on display at ScotHot.
