On that basis whilst scaled down, with strict precautionary measures in place to protect the health of our staff, Lincat and IMC remain operational and are still receiving and dispatching orders.
We continue to maintain good stock levels on all our key product lines and spares to ensure we can fully support our partners through this crisis.
We are working closely with our carriers to ensure deliveries are made during these difficult times. Free direct delivery to end users is available (delivery within 3 working days) to reduce touchpoints, direct deliveries to our vital NHS and public sector organisations will be upgraded to next day delivery free of charge.
We have core team of individuals available to provide you our partners with customer support, service and spares advice.

We have been advised our carriers that they have understandably instructed drivers to not ask for a POD signature. They will be asking for the name of the recipient and this will be recorded. Therefore we will be unable to supply full POD's for any deliveries until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
