23/03/2020 - Delivery Update

We have been advised by our pallet carrier that as a network they have instructed drivers to not ask for a POD signature. They will be asking for the name of the recipient and this will be recorded but as a business we will be unable to supply full POD’s for pallet deliveries.

We have also been advised by TNT, who we use for deliveries of non-pallet items, that they will no longer be requesting a POD signature. We will be unable to supply full POD's for any deliveries until further notice.

General Update

We acknowledge that these are worrying times, however we would like to reassure you that we are doing all we can to ensure you can carry on as normal as possible.  We are closely following and monitoring government advice. 

We will endeavour to support our customers during these unprecedented times and provide an uninterrupted level of service.

  • We have over 12,000 pieces of equipment in stock between Lincat and IMC and can offer next day delivery.
  • We hold more than 3 months’ worth of parts in house.
  • We have increased the spare parts we hold to keep our service partner network supplied as well as our own service engineers. 

This website is open for orders 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, orders placed before 5pm are eligible for next day delivery.
