Free Standing Fryers
We produce a broad range of free standing fryers that are ideal for a wide variety of needs. This includes products such as the Silverlink 600mm deep, gas and electric fryer range, and also the Opus 800 series of gas and electric fryers, which come complete with optional gravity and pumped filtration facilities. The excellent FriFri Electric fryers feature superb temperature control, and deliver consistently excellent results — by virtue of its touchpad control programming features, and a basket lift system that takes care of the entire cooking process.
Both the Opus 800 and FriFri range offer optional gravity filtration capabilities, which can extend oil life up to 75%, resulting in the reduction of oil purchases and disposal costs. The integral filtration system filters oil in as required, meaning that the fryer is ready for use again in less than 5 minutes. Oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot, maximising overall oil life. This reduces the need to lift heavy containers regularly, lowering the frequency of human contact with hot oil — as well as the chances of hazardous spillages.

Gas Single Tank Fryers
Our broad range of free standing gas fryers are ideal for a wide variety of needs with a number of these units also featuring optional gravity or pumped filtration facilities. These units can be powered by natural or propane gas fuel.
Gas Twin Tank Fryers
Our free standing twin tank gas fryers feature dual independently controlled tanks for cooking a range of foods without any transfer of flavour. These units are available in natural or propane gas-powered options.
