Whilst all Lincat products are designed and built to give trouble-free service, components do sometimes fail. If you need a replacement thermostat, seal or control switch, the chances are you will need it quickly.
To support our extensive manufacturing programme, we hold a stock of more than half a million components. This means we can also supply spare parts without delay.
As you might expect, we hold spare parts for all current Lincat catering equipment, but our commitment to customer service goes much further than that. We also aim to hold spares for Lincat catering equipment that went out of production up to five years ago. We have even been known to supply a spare part for a piece of equipment that was 15-years-old!
