Spare Parts

When you buy catering equipment from Lincat you can be assured of a high-level of after-sales service. Prompt availability of spare parts can be of critical importance. Whilst all Lincat products are designed and built to give trouble-free service, components do sometimes fail. If you need a replacement thermostat, seal or control switch, the chances are you will need it quickly.

To support our extensive manufacturing programme, we hold a stock of more than half a million components. This means we can also supply spare parts without delay.

Spare PartsAs you might expect, we hold spare parts for all current items of equipment, but our commitment to customer service goes much further than that. We aim to hold spares for equipment that went out of production up to five years ago.  We have even been known to supply a spare part for a piece of equipment that was 15-years-old!
 
Our Spare Parts Price list contains details of 3,500 items.  To order a copy, please contact our Spare Parts Sales Department or click here to download the pdf. All spare parts carry a UK 90-day warranty and we can normally supply your required item within 2-3 days.  If you have a particularly urgent requirement, telephone our Spare Parts Sales Department for details of express delivery services..
