Our large selection of fryers extends across the Lynx 400, Silverlink 600 and Opus 700 ranges, from 13amp electric counter top fryers to heavy-duty, free standing twin tank units. With so many options available you are sure to find a fryer to meet the needs of your catering establishment.

To help customers reduce costs we’ve introduced a number of 700mm deep models which feature built-in filtration to prolong the life of cooking oil.

At the same time, our innovative Vortech high-efficiency gas fryers achieve an unprecedented 97% energy efficiency, which can deliver a payback period of less than two years.

Electric

Our electric fryers feature accurate control, super-fast recovery, whilst some Opus 700 models include built-in filtration to extend the life of cooking oil. Choose from single and twin tank options, counter top or freestanding.
