Lincat convection ovens are ideal for roasts, pizzas, pies and bakery products. Fan assisted for uniform heat distribution and consistent results.

Fan Assisted
Lincat fan assisted ovens offer better heat distribution and reduced cooking times along with a rapid cool down feature.

Static
Powerful roasting ovens which can accomodate 2/3GN dishes. Options include a model with double-glazed glass door.
