Combi Steamers

Opus “System-Rational” Combi Steamers use the very latest advances in combi steaming technology. The latest generation, Opus SelfCooking Center© whitefficiency©, is easy to use and offers outstanding levels of efficiency. The Opus CombiMaster© Plus now incorporates ClimaPlus© control of humidity levels within the cooking cabinet and also has a programming function.

Both models of combi steamer are available in sizes ranging from 6 × 1/1GN to 20 × 2/1GN capacity. Gas and electric versions of each model are available.
