FriFri to exhibit at PIR Restaurant Equipment exhibition, Russia, September 2014

FriFri will be travelling to Moscow in September to showcase its range of high-specification fryers and pasta cookers at Russia’s leading restaurant equipment exhibition, PIR. The event will be held at the Crocus Expo IEC, from September 23rd to 26th 2014, and FriFri will be exhibiting in Hall 14, Pavilion 3, stand 2C26.

PIR will be FriFri’s first exhibition in partnership with Heidebrenner since appointing the German heavy-duty catering equipment manufacturer as its exclusive distributor in Russia. This new initiative will be driven by Heidebrenner’s Sales Manager Valeriya Podbelskaya.

John Shepherd, International Brand Manager for FriFri, explains:

“The timing of the PIR exhibition is perfect for our new partnership. Heidebrenner has 10 years experience of selling into this market and a strong relationship with many of Russia’s major distributors. We want to offer a well-designed, robust, British-made alternative to the brands that currently dominate this market.

“PIR will also be an opportunity for us to improve our understanding of the food and hospitality sector in this part of Europe, and what clients want from catering equipment manufacturers. It will enable us to gain valuable feedback.”

On display will be the FriFri Vision fryer, with oil pump and basket lift, as well as Basic+, Super Easy, Eco and Profi+, and the 311 pasta cooker. Experienced sales personnel will also be on-hand to help visitors and there will be live cooking demonstrations using FriFri products.

World renowned for its extremely high specification, the FriFri range comprises free-standing, built-in and counter-top fryers, all manufactured to the very highest standards in a number of power and voltage variants. The range also includes chip scuttles, pasta cookers and high efficiency gas fryers.

FriFri is manufactured at Middleby’s centre of manufacturing excellence at Lincat’s factory in Lincoln, in the UK, where the majority of FriFri products and components are also held in stock and carry a comprehensive two-year parts warranty.
