New online distributor information from Lincat

Lincat Ltd, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of commercial catering equipment, has upgraded its website (www.lincat.co.uk). With a fresh new look and feel, the new site makes it easier than ever before to find detailed information on each of over 450 different pieces of Lincat catering equipment. Built to the latest website accessibility guidelines, it also includes an enhanced ‘Where to buy’ facility, together with links to Lincat’s brochure download service from every page.

website“With over 450 separate products to choose from, across six key product ranges, including market leading brands such as Silverlink 600 modular cooking equipment, Opus 700 heavy duty equipment and Lynx 400 countertop equipment, there is a lot for customers to choose from!” said Nick McDonald, Marketing and Export Director of Lincat Ltd. “Our enhanced on-line product search feature will make it even easier for customers to access immediate, up-to-date information about all our products.”

“Our new site also makes it easier than ever before to buy Lincat equipment thanks to an enhanced ‘Where to Buy’ section. This contains detailed information about our worldwide distribution network with contact details, website links and an interactive Google map to provide directions to each dealer from any address. We also provide a quick link to distributors who sell on-line.”

The new Lincat website also includes an enhanced virtual tour feature to enable customers to ‘visit’ Lincat’s Lincoln-based manufacturing facilities. This is designed to help spread the word, that Lincat equipment is designed and manufactured in the UK. The site also includes a video clip of the Opus SelfCooking Center® combi steamer in action, at one of Lincat’s live cooking workshops which are held at various locations around the UK. Regular updates of Lincat news, together with a feed of wider catering industry news, complete the picture.
