New four plate electric boiling top from Lincat

The latest addition to Lincat’s heavy duty Opus 700 range of prime cooking equipment is a new four plate electric boiling top (Model OE7012).

four plate electric boiling topPriced at £1486, the new electric boiling top is an ideal way to increase hob capacity and productivity without the need to invest in a traditional oven range.

Rapid heat up is ensured thanks to four high speed 2.6kW hot plates whose large, square design provide a large and versatile cooking surface. The boiling top is manufactured from robust and hygienic stainless steel and features a fully sealed, pressed hob top for quick, easy cleaning. The new unit can be used on the counter-top, or a floor stand is available priced £309.

"Our new four plate electric boiling top is an excellent choice where space is limited", said Nick McDonald, Marketing and Export Director of Lincat Ltd. "It is also likely to be considerably less expensive to install than a gas model, since current safety legislation requires that gas products be positioned under powered extraction fitted with an interlock, which automatically cuts the gas supply in the event of power failure."

Lincat’s comprehensive Opus 700 heavy duty range of prime cooking equipment is perfect for high pressure environments, and has proved itself capable of performing in the busiest of kitchens. Having successfully undergone rigorous product trials, Opus 700 equipment is being selected by national pub and retail chains for use throughout their estates. Each piece of Opus 700 equipment benefits from a comprehensive two-year warranty and this is backed up by a nationwide network of service engineers.

Lincat Ltd is part of the Lincat Group of companies. Sister companies IMC Ltd and Britannia Kitchen Ventilation Ltd operate in the commercial catering equipment sector. Lincat Group company Mercury Appliances Ltd designs and manufactures domestic cooking appliances.
