Lincat launch high output, compact conveyor toaster
Lincat Ltd, the leading UK manufacturer of commercial catering equipment, has launched a high output, conveyor toaster. Capable of producing up to 340 slices of toast per hour by accommodating two slices of bread, side-by-side, the CT1 is designed to meet the needs of the busiest commercial kitchen or self-service breakfast buffet. Punch Taverns recommend Lincat Opus 700 heavy duty equipment
Punch Taverns plc, the country’s largest pub owner, which currently manages or leases over 8,400 pubs throughout the UK, now recommends Lincat’s Opus 700 range of heavy duty prime cooking equipment for use throughout its estate. The move follows an extensive programme of rigorous testing of the equipment in Punch Taverns’ development kitchen, followed by extensive trials in several of the group’s busiest pubs.
