Lincat to exhibit new equipment at Hotelympia 2008: Stand no: N2131

Lincat, the UK’s leading manufacturer of commercial catering equipment, will be exhibiting a wide range of new products on stand no. N2131 at Hotelympia 2008, from 17-21 February, at ExCel in London.

exhibit new equipmentThese will include heavy duty Opus 700 filtration fryers and atmospheric steamers, together with two powerful convection ovens. In addition Lincat will be exhibiting its new generation of Lynx 400 compact countertop electric cooking equipment, and additions to its market-leading Silverlink 600 and modular cooking equipment.

Lincat’s powerful new Opus 700 fryers, with built-in filtration, are designed to save money by extending the life of cooking oil and enhance ease of use. They are variants of the popular Opus 700 workhorses - the 22 kW OE7108 and 2x12 kW OE7113 – and are priced at £3845 for the OE7108/F single tank and £3965 for the OE7113/F twin tank model.

The two new atmospheric steamers, one gas and one electric, are also additions to Lincat’s heavy duty Opus 700 range. Robustly built, these six shelf models can accommodate 2 x 1/1 GN containers per shelf. Two new convection ovens, the ECO8 and ECO9, will also be launched at the show. These powerful new ovens offer exceptionally even heat distribution, and feature water injection and a cook and hold facility.

Hotelympia will be the first UK exhibition outing for Lincat’s new generation of Lynx 400 countertop electric cooking equipment. This includes a brand new compact convection oven and range of new contact/panini grills. Also on display for the first time will be the Silverlink 600 ESLR9C electric range. This features six powerful hotplates and a twin fan assisted oven for uniform heat and consistent cooking results. It provides capacity, reliability and safe operation at £1483.

Lincat will also be exhibiting a wide range of items from its other key product ranges. These include the Opus range of high performance combi steamers, the Seal range of food display merchandisers and Panther hot cupboards. Overall there are more than 450 products in the Lincat range including: fryers, griddles, grills, ovens and combi steamers as well as beverage equipment, hot cupboards, trolleys and food display merchandisers. Excellent customer service is provided through Lincat’s extensive national and international dealer network.

Lincat launch high output, compact conveyor toaster
Lincat Ltd, the leading UK manufacturer of commercial catering equipment, has launched a high output, conveyor toaster. Capable of producing up to 340 slices of toast per hour by accommodating two slices of bread, side-by-side, the CT1 is designed to meet the needs of the busiest commercial kitchen or self-service breakfast buffet. It is also ideal for producing large volumes of other toasted products such as crumpets, muffins, burger buns, teacakes, and bagels.
Punch Taverns recommend Lincat Opus 700 heavy duty equipment
Punch Taverns plc, the country’s largest pub owner, which currently manages or leases over 8,400 pubs throughout the UK, now recommends Lincat’s Opus 700 range of heavy duty prime cooking equipment for use throughout its estate. The move follows an extensive programme of rigorous testing of the equipment in Punch Taverns’ development kitchen, followed by extensive trials in several of the group’s busiest pubs.
