Lincat to display new equipment at Host 2007, Milan

Lincat, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of commercial catering equipment, is exhibiting its new generation of Lynx 400 compact, countertop electric cooking equipment at the world's largest hospitality trade show, Host 2007, in Milan, from 19 – 23 October 2007, Hall 7, Stand D61.

appliancesLincat will also be displaying its market-leading Silverlink 600 and heavy duty Opus 700 ranges of prime cooking equipment, together with its Seal range of food display merchandisers.

“Lincat equipment is already extensively used throughout the world and we intend to build on that success with the appointment of new distributors in many countries,” said Bryn Vivian, Export Sales Manager for Lincat Ltd. “Host 2007 is therefore an ideal place to meet new people and to introduce our newly redesigned Lynx 400 equipment.”

Each of the 36 products in the Lynx 400 range has been designed and rigorously tested to ensure that it provides outstanding performance, reliability and value for money. There are also some entirely new products including contact/panini grills, heavy duty ribbed contact grills, larger bain marie models, a large single tank fryer and a countertop convection oven. Lynx 400 is ideal for smaller kitchens, or for occasional use in larger establishments.

The modular design format of Lincat’s Silverlink 600 range of prime cooking equipment enables units to be mixed and matched to create an ideal kitchen layout, with a custom-built appearance. There are over 130 pieces of equipment to choose from including products for both counter-top and free-standing use. Silverlink 600 is robust, easy to clean and offers style, strength and performance.

Lincat’s Opus 700 heavy duty equipment will also be displayed at Host 2007. Designed to cope with the demands of a busy professional kitchen, Opus 700 products are sturdily built and provide the power and flexibility needed to maximise available space when planning a new installation. Opus 700 offers a wide choice of appliances, in either gas, electric or dual fuel, all providing easy-to-clean qualities to help maintain high health standards in the kitchen.

Last but not least, Lincat will be exhibiting its Seal range of food display merchandisers. Designed to enhance food display, blend seamlessly into their surroundings, and improve customer spend on food, Seal food display equipment offers superb durability and reliability. And with no fewer than 67 models to choose from, there is a Seal merchandiser to meet every heated, refrigerated or ambient food display requirement.

Overall there are more than 450 products in the Lincat range including: fryers, griddles, grills and ovens as well as beverage equipment, hot cupboards and trolleys. Lincat launch high output, compact conveyor toaster
Lincat Ltd, the leading UK manufacturer of commercial catering equipment, has launched a high output, conveyor toaster. Capable of producing up to 340 slices of toast per hour by accommodating two slices of bread, side-by-side, the CT1 is designed to meet the needs of the busiest commercial kitchen or self-service breakfast buffet. It is also ideal for producing large volumes of other toasted products such as crumpets, muffins, burger buns, teacakes, and bagels.
Punch Taverns recommend Lincat Opus 700 heavy duty equipment
Punch Taverns plc, the country’s largest pub owner, which currently manages or leases over 8,400 pubs throughout the UK, now recommends Lincat’s Opus 700 range of heavy duty prime cooking equipment for use throughout its estate.
