Lincat introduces two new convection ovens.

Lincat, the leading British manufacturer of commercial catering equipment for cooking, holding and display, has unveiled two powerful new convection ovens. Ideal for roasts, pizzas, pies and bakery products, the ECO8 and ECO9 are versatile and built to last.

convection ovenOf sturdy, heavy-duty stainless steel construction, these powerful new ovens offer exceptionally even heat distribution. Offering fast heat up and recovery times, they feature water injection for perfect bread making and a cook and hold facility. Both can substantially reduce cooking times thanks to their efficient twin-fan air circulation systems.

“The ECO8 is a convenient plug in unit which is ideal for a wide variety of establishments, even relatively small cafés”, said Nick McDonald, Marketing and Export Director of Lincat Ltd. “The ECO9 is larger and more powerful and may be used more as a specialist oven specifically for baking off chilled or frozen convenience bakery products such as baguettes and croissants.”

The new ECO8 is priced at £1,360, the ECO9 at £2,150. Both models can be installed on a countertop or on an optional floor stand. Where additional output is needed from limited floor space, both models can be stacked using a stacking kit and low-level stand.

Overall there are more than 450 products in the Lincat range including: fryers, griddles, grills, ovens and combi steamers as well as beverage equipment, hot cupboards, trolleys and food display merchandisers. Excellent customer service is provided through Lincat’s extensive national and international dealer network.

Lincat Ltd is part of the Lincat Group of companies. Sister companies IMC Ltd and Britannia Kitchen Ventilation Ltd operate in the commercial catering equipment sector. Lincat Group company Mercury Appliances Ltd designs and manufactures domestic cooking appliances.
