Lincat add new large capacity general purpose ovens to range

Lincat, the UK’s leading manufacturer of commercial catering equipment has launched two medium duty general purpose ovens: the single LMO9 and the two-tier LMD9. These powerful ovens are based on Lincat’s best selling LMR9 six burner range and are designed to appeal to larger kitchens, especially those in the public sector.

oven range“These large, powerful ovens are the second in a series of new product launches we’re aiming specifically at larger kitchens and the public sector”, said Nick McDonald, Marketing Director of Lincat Ltd. “They follow the launch at Hotelympia of our new atmospheric steamers and are a direct response to requests, mainly from school caterers, for larger, higher output ovens.”

He continued…

“Based on our popular LMR9 six burner range, we’re certain these products will meet customer needs exactly. With powerful 8 kW ovens and sturdy construction, they offer quality and superb value for money at £1700 for the LM09 and £3200 for the LMD9 double oven.”

The new ovens are manufactured from stainless steel and feature a fully enamelled interior and removable base plate to facilitate cleaning. They offer precise thermostatic control and are equipped with three chrome plated shelves. The LMO9 is supplied with castors as standard, with legs available on request. The LMD9 is supplied with legs. Door handles and control knobs are ergonomically positioned to ensure that they are easy to use.

In addition to these new product launches, Lincat offers a wide range of gas, electric and dual fuel ovens and ranges in its Silverlink 600 and Opus 700 series of prime cooking equipment. As such Lincat can meet almost every oven requirement.
