Fry eggs in the Lincat Opus SelfCooking Center with the new ‘Multibaker’

Lincat has introduced a range of new accessories for its Opus SelfCooking Centers.

Fry eggsThis includes the innovative ‘Multibaker’ cooking tray, which is designed to enable users to fry large quantities of eggs in the Opus Self Cooking Center at the push of a button.

"In October last year we launched new software for our Opus SelfCooking Centers, which offers ‘egg dishes / desserts’ as one of a number of new operating modes", said Nick McDonald, Marketing and Export Director of Lincat Ltd. "Our new ‘Multibaker’ cooking tray will help operators make the most of this new feature."

He continued…

"Having broken the required number of eggs into Multibaker trays, operators need only select ‘egg dishes / desserts’ and then ‘fry eggs’ from the intuitive touch screen, before the Self Cooking Center does the rest, delivering perfect results every time. It’s a quick and easy way to produce large quantities of fried eggs and omelettes. I believe it will be popular both with food service and cost sector caterers. "

The Multibaker is also ideal for baking tarts, cakes and tortillas. The tray has excellent thermal conductivity and a non-stick coating, which guarantee optimum quality every time. The 1/1 GN Multibaker is available now at a cost of £61.

In total there are twelve Opus SelfCooking Centers to choose from, ranging in price from the OSC61 (6 x 1/1 GN) electric model priced at £6,620 to the OSC202 G (20 x 2/1 GN) gas version at £24,999.
