Debenhams specify Lincat FilterFlow water boilers
When it came to choosing new water boilers for their in-store catering operations, Debenhams didn’t hesitate in specifying Lincat’s new FilterFlow range of automatic fill water boilers. With innovative in-built filtration, these stylish new boilers provide a continuous supply of high quality, hot filtered water to improve the taste and quality of hot beverages.
They are also easy to use and inexpensive to maintain which, for Melanie Oliver, Brand Equipment Manager at Debenhams, were key considerations. She said…
“With Lincat FilterFlow water boilers we don’t have to register and then wait for a replacement filter to be installed. Instead, our own operators can change the filter with no more difficulty than changing a light bulb. The replacement filters represent excellent value for money, and we don’t need to pay a plumber to fit them.”
She added:
“FilterFlow water boilers are also aesthetically pleasing which is important for our front of house operations. In addition they are space saving in that they don’t need a separate, bulky filtration system. Both were key factors in our decision to buy.

There are four new FilterFlow models to choose from and each features comprehensive onboard diagnostics with an easy to read LCD panel. This shows the operational status of the boiler and reminds users when to order a new filter and when exactly to change it. FilterFlow automatic water boilers are priced at: £456 for the EB3F, £540 for the EB4F, £588 for the EB6F and £637 for the EB6TF. Replacement filter cartridges, with a working life of up to 6 months, are priced at £27.
Overall there are more than 450 products in the Lincat range which, in addition to water boilers, includes: fryers, griddles, grills, ovens and combi steamers as well as hot cupboards, trolleys and food display merchandisers.
